Standard remote commissioning
Reasonable help with initial setup, facility or site structure, permissions, and normal rollout questions is included.
$15 per authorized user each month. The minimum subscription is 10 authorized users, or $150 per month, plus applicable sales tax. Standard remote support, reasonable commissioning help, and normal product improvements are included. Volume pricing is available for larger teams and facilities. Turnover is priced to support broad participation, not force organizations to limit access to a small group.
Enter the number of authorized users. The subscription is $15 per user each month, with a minimum of 10 users. This calculator excludes applicable sales tax and any separately approved, extremely specialized custom work.
The standard Turnover subscription is intended to be predictable. The regular charges are the authorized user rate and applicable sales tax.
Reasonable help with initial setup, facility or site structure, permissions, and normal rollout questions is included.
Standard remote training help, troubleshooting, and normal customer support are included without a separate support subscription.
Normal Turnover capabilities, available standard modules, and regular product improvements are included in the subscription.
There is no separate routine implementation, account creation, or standard site fee.
Turnover is browser-based and can use existing supported internet-connected phones, tablets, PCs, laptops, and displays.
Reasonable additions that would benefit the broader Turnover customer base may be developed as normal platform improvements at no added charge.
The trial begins when the first Turnover program is created, not when the account is opened. Create the authenticated account, create the program, build the required site or facility structure, invite appropriate teammates, and test Turnover with real work.
Turnover listens closely to customer needs. When a requested improvement would reasonably help other organizations too, Turnover may add it to the platform at no additional charge.
Reasonable workflow improvements, usability refinements, and broadly useful capabilities may become standard Turnover improvements without a separate customer charge.
Extremely niche additions, one-customer integrations, extensive data migration, on-site work, or functionality intended primarily for one organization may require a separate quote. No additional work is charged without an agreed scope and approval.
Turnover may periodically review pricing as operating costs, support, security, and the value of the platform change. The policy below is intended to give customers time and predictability.
Customers who begin paying while the public launch rate is $15 per authorized user keep that per-user rate for at least 24 months. Future customers receive at least 12 months at the rate in effect when their paid subscription begins.
Turnover will not increase an existing customer's subscription rate more than once in any 12-month period.
Turnover will provide at least 60 days of written notice before a subscription-rate increase. The new rate takes effect at the next applicable renewal or billing period after the notice window.
When ordinary inflation or operating-cost adjustments are needed, Turnover generally expects gradual changes in the range of 2% to 5%, rounded to a clear rate. This is a planning guideline, not an automatic CPI formula or a permanent cap when the service or cost structure changes materially.
Any prepaid fixed-term rate remains fixed through the end of that paid term. Applicable sales tax may change whenever required by law.
Start without a sales call, or ask Turnover to help with commissioning and rollout. The subscription is designed to make broad participation practical.
Turnover does not require a sales conversation before you can learn whether it fits. The guided path remains available for teams that want a demonstration, commissioning help, or a planned rollout.
Create a free authenticated account, verify the account, create your own program, build the required site or facility structure, and begin using real work to evaluate it.
Schedule a call, review a specific workflow, or ask Turnover to help with commissioning, structure, permissions, module selection, and rollout planning.
