Turnover sells solutions, never personal data.
This policy explains the information Turnover may receive through its public website, communications, trials, and customer programs, and the choices available to visitors and customers.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the public Turnover website, requests for information, free-trial and demo communications, and information Turnover processes to provide and support customer programs. Customer program data is controlled by the applicable customer and may also be subject to the customer’s own policies and agreement with Turnover.
2. Information we may collect
Information you provide
- Business contact information such as name, work email, phone number, title, and organization.
- Operation, site, facility, industry, user-count, module, implementation, and workflow information you voluntarily provide.
- Messages, trial requests, support requests, and other communications.
- Contact-form details such as the preferred response method, topic, message, and optional operational context.
- Customer program data entered by authorized users according to the customer configuration.
Optional first-party website analytics
After a visitor chooses “Allow Anonymous Analytics,” the public website may send limited interaction events directly to Turnover’s own website backend. These may include page views, section views, labeled link or button clicks, broad scroll depth, approximate time on page, referring domain, UTM campaign values, and broad device or screen categories.
The analytics implementation is designed not to record typed text, form contents, keystrokes, exact mouse movements, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device fingerprints. Standard web servers may temporarily process connection information, including an IP address, for delivery, logging, reliability, abuse prevention, and security. The Turnover analytics event file is designed not to intentionally store a raw IP address.
3. How we use information
- Provide, configure, maintain, secure, and support the website and Turnover programs.
- Respond to questions, trial requests, demos, implementation needs, and support requests.
- Route a submitted website message to Turnover and respond through the contact method the visitor selected.
- Understand which public website topics and calls to action are useful.
- Improve product usability, documentation, communication, security, and customer support.
- Administer subscriptions, customer relationships, authorized users, and contractual obligations.
- Comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, and investigate security concerns.
4. How information may be disclosed
Turnover does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate the website or product under appropriate obligations, to a customer that controls its own program, with the person’s or customer’s direction or consent, in a business transaction, or when required to comply with law and protect rights and safety.
5. Retention
Turnover retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, customer instructions, contractual obligations, support, security, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. Website contact messages may remain in Turnover’s business email and related records as needed to respond and maintain the relationship. The contact endpoint stores only a minimal delivery log without the submitted message body. Website analytics retention should be limited to the period Turnover determines useful for aggregate website improvement.
6. Choices
- Choose “Essential Only” to keep optional public website analytics off.
- Use Cookie Settings to change the stored choice.
- Contact Turnover to request correction or deletion of business contact information, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
- Customer program access and data requests should generally be directed through the customer’s authorized administrator.
7. Security
Turnover uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the configured service. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The public website and Turnover business software are not directed to children and are intended for business and operational use.
9. Changes
Turnover may update this policy by posting a revised version and updated effective date.
10. Contact
